Shipping Terms; Title and Risk of Loss. Unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order, Supplier will deliver Goods DDP (Incoterms 2020) to the delivery destination stated in the Purchase Order, with title and risk of loss transferring from Supplier to Lamplight at the delivery destination. Supplier bears all risk of loss or damage to the Goods until transfer to Lamplight. Supplier shall give written notice of shipment to Lamplight when the Goods are delivered to a carrier for transportation. When Supplier is responsible for exporting or importing Goods, Supplier will obtain all authorizations and permits necessary to fulfill all applicable governments’ requirements for Goods shipment. Upon Lamplight’s request, Supplier will provide Lamplight with any information Lamplight requests regarding Goods’ importation, exportation or distribution and all shipping documents, including the commercial invoice, air waybill/bill of lading, packing list, and any other document necessary to release the Goods to Lamplight after Seller delivers the Goods to the transportation carrier. The Purchase Order number must appear on all shipping documents, shipping labels, bills of lading, invoices, correspondence, and any other documents pertaining to the Purchase Order.
